I’m not aware if there’s an available library for the XDK. But there’s one for Arduino developed by another user, you can find it here https://github.com/KurtE/Adafruit_ILI9341/tree/Intel-Edison. You can use the one from the link, but if you need to use the XDK you can edit the Arduino library to fit your needs. It will require some more work, though. Is it mandatory for you to use the Intel XDK?
After some more research, the same user was also working some examples on Edison using MRAA, this might be of help.
