Display Driver intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(r) stopped responding and has Successfully Recovered

I recently upadated to windows 10 from 8.1. Every hour or so my screen blacks out for 5 seconds and says this at the bottom left " Display Driver intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(r) stopped responding and has Successfully Recovered" please help me fix this.

I would recommend to install the latest version of the Graphics Driver from our site, please visit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software and filter according to your system configuration, I would also recommend a manual installation of the driver.
