When I try to check warranty information about my processor using FPO and ATPO message shows that "The product number(s) you entered cannot be located in our records".
Why my product is not in records and how can i check warranty online? My CPU FPO: xxxxx ATPO:xxxx

Thank you for contacting the Intel® Communities.
Please try using the FPO only, I testes it and worked fine, this would be because the ATPO would be the full ATPO, this is just the last 4, the information can be found in the box.
Also I deleted the this information from your post since it is sensitive information, hope you don't mind.
