Sorry to be such a pain but going off that list would the Intel® Core™ i7-4800MQ Processor fit? You said might so I want to be sure,

It might because the list I gave you is not final, processor compatibility depends on the board maker or computer manufacturer. In this case, you need to contact your computer manufacturer to get more information about supported processor for your computer model.
