what is the full name of your motherboard model?!
ASRock Z77 Extreme 3.
Run Windows Update
and check if there are any available chipset drivers,
if not go to the manufacturers website
and download from there and install it.
Yeah, what he said. I'm still green to Windows 10 myself.
well it seems that many people have the same issue with the 3.0 USB driver in windows 10
but it shouldn't be a problem since the driver should be download from the motherboard manufacturer itself
I check ASRock website and they offer the USB 3.0 driver for windows 10 - 32 bits & 64 bits
so I assume that ASRock had made some test before make the driver available to the public
you may try to plug in the USB flash drive into a different USB port if it doesn't work
then I would do a backup then uninstall the driver from the device manager and reboot
windows 10 should detected it and automatically install it
if nothing works then you should contact by phone the ASRock support.!!!
