Also, you could test your processor with the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool.
This could provide you with a better overview of the status of your processor. Since this is an OEM, it may not proceed with some tests.
Additionally, I would like to know if the processor has been behaving like this after performing a software or hardware change.
