Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.
Regarding the drivers download for OEM systems, here is my recommendation.
Install the drivers directly from the OEM website, this would be because they designed and integrated the system, which may have special features added in the drivers, by installing the drivers from Intel may affect these features or not even work.
Here you can find the drivers for your system, double check that the OS is properly selected:
Weird....... I just downloaded the Win 7 64 bit version and tried to install it. But then it pops up that I have a never version installed version 10.0.27 do I want to continue with the install. But whats weird is it shows with Intel that I have Version 6.1.7601.17514 installed. Then tries to get me to install the 10.0.27?
The recommendation is to download and install the drivers from the OEM website.
Right now the numbering (exp: 10.0.27 ) for the drivers and what they mean, released by the OEM is not available from my end. In this case, the recommendation would be either install the latest driver from the OEM webiste or contact them directly to check which would be the different between the versions mentioned.
Now, if the "Intel®" (6.1.7601.17514) driver mentioned is from our website, the version would not be related or compared to the one in OEMs end.
