Led screen flicks random. It's like i turned off and on in less than half a second
Does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?
Sometimes. Connecting an external monitor as extended Desktop is working properly (no flicks on external, problem remains on main LED panel)

How to repro
Please provide steps to replicate the issue. These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.
Have Intel i7-6700HQ.
Laptop flat panel flicks randomly... sometimes at start, then 20 minutes after, or 5min. No temperature issue (HWMonitor shows 42C).
Tried to install latest Intel HD 530 driver but appears an error about "can't continue installation".
