In order to check the status of your ticket, please follow these steps.
1. Login to the portal
2. From the menu on the left, select Check Service Request Status
3. At the top, select if want to view Open Requests or Closed Requests.
Unfortunately, the problem is the same, I'm not logging when I click on login nothing happens or rather opens the same page, I tried with another browser and same problem
