I just set my BIOS to default option but its still stuck at that speed

Hello aunic,

Could you please be more specific about the following;

CPU model.
Computer model.
Intel Graphics driver version installed.
BIOS version installed.
Are you using any particular software to check the clock speed? If the answer is no, how are you checking it?
