Have you tried contacting Asus in regard to this matter? It's possible that your device requires a customized driver that should be provided by your computer manufacturer.
Could you please provided us with your 2-in-1 model and the driver version installed? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
No, I have not contacted ASUS yet, but I will do that. Good idea.
I have an ASUS Q502L Notebook PC and the graphics driver version is 10.18.15.4240.
I made multiple attempts to install the driver and each time I receive an error message stating, "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer."
That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer, however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions: How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows...

If the method above does not work for you I would recommend to contact your computer manufacturer in order to address this matter.
