Have you tried to test each RAM modules in the other DIMM slot? If the problem follows the DIMM slot, that may be the issue.
Indeed that RAM is compatible with the system (DDR3L-1333/1600 1.35V SO-DIMM)
The other recommendation would be to update to the latest BIOS available, if already done, it would be a BIOS recovery:
