    How do I fix issues with Intel's Update Utility?

      error messaage after trying installing the auto. intel driver scanner. : could not write value installed key software/intel/intel driver utility. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support. i tried to skip the error message but then after i start the scan its says it couldnt found driver, what i should do ?

       

      i have notebook intel inside from

      Toshiba Satellite L850-1VR

      Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM

      Windows 8 64-Bit

       

      i want to update my notebook please help

          Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.

           

          Regarding OEM systems like yours, the recommendation would be to download the drivers directly from the manufacturer website.

           

          This would be because they are the ones that designed and integrated the device, which may have "special" settings or features in their drivers, and Installing the drivers from our end may affect those features.

           

          Here you can find the download website for the manufacturer of your computer.
