Hi, i'm having trouble with my display using sketchup . is there any chance the problem is with the video card? does it not meet the standarts? I have the hd raphics 4600
these are the requirements
3D class Video Card with 1 GB of memory or higher. Please ensure that the video card driver supports OpenGL version 2.0 or higher and
also
that's the issue, model is "cut"
no other graphic software runs at the same time

Yes, the requirements you added are present in their website, the Intel HD graphics complies with those requirements.

However, they also have a disclaimer which you can find in the screenshot below. This states that they don't recommend using Intel based graphics or cards.
Intel works with different developers to make the software compatible with Intel HD Graphics, in this case that may not be the option, you could check the exact impediment or issue that their software may have with the Intel HD Graphics.
Here you can find the latest graphics driver for our product, you could install them and see the behavior of your system, please keep in mind the situation mentioned before.
