As soon as you open a ticket a biz-support representative will take control of debugging this issue with you and root causing the problem, this looks like a AMT_FW issue and we have the ability to contact them, provide them with the reproduction steps and hopefully fix this through a firmware upgrade (if the cause is in FW) or other means
