Intel PXA270 ARM instruction set?

Hey guys,

Can anyone please tell me how i can find out which ARM instruction set a cpu is using.

Either from knowledge or from within the os. I know How to get it from linux but the machine is running windows CE 5

CPU is an Intel Xscale pxa270

 

Machine is a Symbol mc3000
