Check the current PSU output voltages using tools like HWMonitor of SpeedFan. Over- and undervoltages often lead to devices malfunction.
Check also cabling, bad SATA or power cable may be source of trouble.
Checked the Sata cable and PSU out output voltages but it still same unable boot up when restart.
This MB (year 2007) have a very limited SATA controller (no AHCI mode support), combined with outdated BIOS this may result in poor SSD support. Some Kingston documents openly states AHCI support as a requirement for different SSD operations: Kingston SSD Toolbox , http://media.kingston.com/support/downloads/603ABBFO_Update_Procedure_051915.pdf . Looks like its time for upgrade.
I manage fix this issue, just need to upgrade the SSD firmware and that really help.
