Hello, I have a question that I've been curious about for quite some time.
As far as I've noticed, the current hardware laptop market doesn't sell models that are small (let's say, with a 13.3 inch screen or lower) with quad core processors. My assumption is that this is because of the fact that smaller laptops inherently need a smaller and with less potential battery, which would lead to more limited power and, in order to compensate for this, laptop developing companies only use energy efficient CPUs (particularly dual core ones).
With the emergence of the skylake family of CPUs (which are marketed as being more energy efficient), do you believe it is likely for this trend to stop and for us to actually see quad core Intel-powered small notebooks on the market? And if so, do you believe this will be soon (eg. 2016)?

Quad-core netbooks are available, but they are based on Bay-Trail-platform CPUs http://ark.intel.com/products/codename/55844/Bay-Trail# @All Products (Formerly Bay Trail) (Celeron N, Atom family). That are CPUs targeted by Intel to such market slice.
