    chipset driver downloaded not installed

I started out using the intel driver update utility and the scan results show:

(INF Update Utility -EXE ONLY for chipset installed= & latest= 10.0.27

& wireless showed Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and drivers for installed & latest).

      Intel 1 just after scan.PNGsee attach 1

followed the prompts, even restarted, but every time I try again same result:

      Intel 2 not installed.PNGsee attach 2

      so what's the deal?

          Hello dmanRI:

Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.

I would like to recommend you to download directly from Intel® Download Center the chipset driver and wireless adapter driver.

In order to do this, you can go to "Search Downloads" and then type the Intel product that you are currently using.

How to look for the product?

          -Press the Windows Key+"R"

          -Type "msinfo32"

          -Hit ok or enter

-Look for the "Processor" line, here you will be able to see the model number of your processor. (example: Intel® Core™ i7-6700 Processor)

Also, make sure you select the correct Operating System being used (Windows 7* 64-bit as per your screenshots)
