Thanks for the reply. I did try the recovery, but it didn't work. I think I am having a another issue. The unit keeps locking up. After I rebooted from the install the unit would stop at the splash screen before you can input your password. It just stays there no matter what I did. I thought the install had an issue so I decide to try a fresh install.
Now It won't install it freezes at different points of the install. Right now I am stuck and I can't get windows to load. Either the stick is defective or I am missing something?
If you have any ideas I would appreciate it. If not I think I will have to return it. I just purchased the unit last month.
My recommendation would be to contact the Intel Customer Support to get the warranty for this product.
