If you can please be more specific about what is going on, as well as include your computer specs, operating system, drivers that you tried updating etc, you might be able to get more help?
Regarding the driver downloads and the Intel Driver Update Utility.
You can have two different scenarios:
1. You purchase the different components of your computer and put them together.
2. You have an OEM computer, meaning that it was build by a manufacturer (Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc) and you purchase the computer already built.
How to download/install the drivers for these scenarios:
1. You can download the drivers from the Intel® Download Center by looking for the component that needs the driver.
2. The recommendation is to download the drivers directly from the manufacturer of the OEM computer.
