1. Connection is from PC HDMI to HDMI-in on Samsung TV.
2. It is new screened cable of 5m length.
3. No, I haven't other cable.
4. On my PC there is only one hdmi output, on TV there are three hdmi input, and I tried all of them.
In fact, the problem is partially solved. I noticed that the system created at least two logical devices for the connected TV: video (monitor) and audio. When I deleted audio device (and restart), everything is correct. However, I do not send audio to TV (iPc speakerphones are now chosen),- otherwise the audio device will be created, and TV screen will blink again.
Thanks for trying help.
Amy, thanks for trying help. The problem has been gone around, but not completely solved, because I cannot afford to send audio to TV. In fact, it is known problem that audio signal 'mixes' with video, and monitor blinks. If there were option 'partially solved', it would be my choice; I I've marked the question as solved.
Have you tried updating the graphics version? In case you haven't try that here Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4600 for 4th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors you will be able to find the latest version.
Of course, I have. Intel Update utility suggests older version (for 3-rd generation CPU, my Intel Core i5-4460 CPU is of 4-th). Seeking manually on Intel site, I've found 2 or 3 version of Intel HD graphics 4600 for 64-bit Windows 7-10 (my OS is Win 10), they looks older than I had initially.
Now the problem get seriously: HDMI signal on TV has been disappear at all. I've created other topic for it.
Please try with the latest driver version Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40].
spectorsky I am aware that Intel is currently working with flickering and blinking issues on Windows® 10, if the beta driver does not work this might be the case and at this stage I would recommend to wait for future driver releases.
I've installed win64_154012.exe (tried somewhat else as well), with the same result. I decided not to send audio to TV, and video got normal. However, after some hours, signal on TV HDMI disappeared at all, 'no signal ' message are displayed.
Ps Because 'blinking issue' had been solved, I've created other topic HDMI output for TV has been disappeared
I have tried to replicated the issue you reported with the HDMI audio but everything worked fine, we have audio from T.V. When I was running the test I disable the sleep option on Windows® 10, selected the T.V as default device in Playback devices and installed the latest driver version.
Have you tried using another HDMI cable? I know you mentioned that you haven't try but it will be helpful if you could give it a try.
Could you please provide us your computer model or motherboard model?
If you can add more details if would definitely help to narrow the issue.
Thanks for trying help.
Amy, now I have much more serious problem than blinking screen while audio is sent via HDMI. Now TV screen doesn't receive signal via HDMI at all. I'm intuitively feeling that the problem is in the setting within PC or TV, not cable. PC shows TV in device manager, both video and audio devices. However, TV says 'no signal', the same behaviour when PC is turned on or turned off. Previously HDMI worked, but suddenly stopped. The only essential thing what I can mention done before signal disappeared is installing software for Xerox WorkCentre 3025.
Info about my system PC is at printscreen below:
Again, thanks for trying help.
I ran some tests with these two processors Intel® Core™ i5-4430 and Intel® Core™ i5-4670K and a Samsung T.V ( model un60fh6003), here is the link in case you want check more details http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/UN60FH6003FXZA), I also included the software you mentioned which I downloaded from this web page WorkCentre 3025 File Download (let me know is this is the correct software) and the latest drivers Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 [15.40][4th Gen] and Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40], the T.V was properly recognized and everything work fine I was able to get audio through the HDMI.
Here you can check the comparison chart between these three processor ARK | Compare Intel® Products.
Let's hope that other users might add more information about this issue because at this stage it seems to be an isolated issue.
thanks for trying help. My Xerox machine really is WC 3025, but I couldn't find Scan driver (something like EasyPrinter) on Xerox Support page, only reference to disk come with machine; so, I've installed needed Xerox software from that disk, not site. However, I'm sure that the problem not related to Xerox software with 0.99999 probability. You are right that this case is isolated, and I'm not sure that the problem is on PC side. I reset TV (Samsung UE32ES5500) to factory setting,s with no result. PC sees TV (and says it is Samsung), TV doesn't see PC.
About drivers: I've previously tried win64_154012.exe, but not tried win64_154010.4300.exe. I've cleaned display drivers with Driver Cleaning utility, then installed win64_154012.exe, restarted PC (signal on TV didn't appear), then installed win64_154010.4300.exe. Result is the same: no signal. I think that there must be one of these drivers, but this time decided to install both (sure that the second driver substituted the first one).
Again, thanks for trying help. I think you did the best possible which could be done remotely.
Amy, if you still follow this thread.
Today, I tried to connect the TV to PC via borrowed DVI-HDMI cable: from DVI on PC to HDMI1(DVI) on TV Samsung. And it works, when I plug out HGMI-HDMI cable from TV or from P@C. However, when HDMI-HDMI cable is plugged both into TV and PC, 'No signal' is observed on the screen (even if source chosen is HDMI1(DVI) connected to HDMI on PC). So, maybe this symptomatic is known for you
Happy new year, and thanks for trying helo.
