My recommendation would be to download the file again and attempt to install it.
Also you could get the drivers directly from the Intel® Download Center
Note that if you are using an OEM product, meaning that you purchase a computer or laptop that has an Intel component but the manufacturer of the product is other, the recommendation is to download the drivers directly from the OEM website. This may also be causing the error, some OEM have their own Intel Driver Update Utility version available in their website.
