I understand that you are having some issues with Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology and Windows 10*.
There is a known situation or behavior that a recent update from Microsoft has been triggering some issues with this software.
My recommendation would be to use the Last Known Good Configuration feature from Windows.

Sorry but no. I found also a lot of bad sectors on one of my drives so I've repaced my raid with a single SSD
I understand you replaced your RAID 0 With a Single SSD. Does this mean you are not going to use RAID 0 anymore?
If you are going to rebuild the RAID 0 array the drive(s) with defective or bad sectors need to be replaced in order to ensure best performance.
