    Connman and Ubilinux connection problems

After installing connman (apt-get install connman) I am unable to connect to wifi. After this I was unable to connect to wifi, so I began following the instructions found here Intel Galileo Meets Wireless - Malinov Family Web Presence to connect to wifi.

I am unable to use connmanctl. The command is not found. Is there anything else I must install? I assumed that there was, knowing I would need an internet connection to do this I did some troubleshooting/ attempted using wpa_supplicant to connect to the internet. Multiple times I ran into problems related to rfkill.

The output of "rfkill list all":

      0: phy0: Wireless LAN

              Soft blocked: yes

              Hard blocked: no

      1: brcmfmac-wifi: Wireless LAN

              Soft blocked: yes

              Hard blocked: no

      2: bcm43xx Bluetooth: Bluetooth

              Soft blocked: yes

              Hard blocked: no

Running "rfkill unblock all" changes nothing

Finally, the output of ifconfig. I assume the absence of wlan0 is related to the soft block on the wireless connection.

I am not entirely sure if or how this information is related, but I do not know where to go from here. Any advice is appreciated.
