It looks like the Flash IC that is used to store the BIOS - and its identification and configuration information - has been corrupted and may likely be failing. Unfortunately, there may be no recovery from this...

In this case, you could try a BIOS recovery to a later version; I’m not sure if you already have the latest version but if you do then most likely it is as N.Scott.Pearson says Flash IC that is used to store the BIOS has been corrupted.
