As for the requirement for 8.1 to have all updates and BIOS 0024+ that's not true. The ICS will go from base 8.1 out of packet to Windows 10 10240 without a BIOS update or 8.1 patched. Your false claim and requirement is in relation to Windows 10 10586.0 and doesn't even help with that installation.
I'm concerned that Intel are purposely giving out wrong requirements to counter some of their liability.
