Custom resolutions option is available on the graphics control panel, see instructions linked below:
Latest driver on the Intel website: Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40]
The error you are reporting was already escalated. I am just waiting for any information from engineering team.
I recommend keep checking for future graphics driver releases.
In the meantime, please test a beta driver available here: Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40]
Beta drivers installed. Thanks.
Monitor was recognized as Display port to VGA - DP2VGA v168 (?!)
Now I can see resolutions above 1600x1200, but I cannot set refresh rate more than 50Hz :/
So I must have the same settings 1600x1200x60Hz as before.
Answer of Philips on my request about Drivers to WIN10:

Thank you for contacting Philips Monitors.
We are writing to inform you that you should check this with the manufacturer of the graphics card since it looks like you need to update the driver of it. The monitor itself is plug & play, so it does not need an update.
Thanks for the information. At this stage, I will post updates as soon as engineering department provides details about custom resolutions.
