Hi, I just received a replacement NUC through warranty RMA and so far have been unable to boot off my old drive or install a new o/s. It won't let me update the bios or get into the bios settings. It just keeps freezing on the Intel Nuc POST screen. One time it started booting the OS, but quickly froze on the OPENELEC logo. I have tried different 1.35v RAM, but the same thing occurs. It's an advanced RMA so I am supposed to return my old NUC, but that one is at least usable. Can I send the replacement NUC back? Can I get another replacement at no charge this time? My RMA is 8001275960.
