    New User Help needed

    PhilA

Hi, have bought a new Intel NUC 5i5RYH and set up with solid state drive and 16Gb ram , installed windows 7pro and yet it said no wireless or no hardware detected when I plugged a Cat 5 cable in. Am I doing something wrong or do you think it could be a fault? . Also sound should travel re HDMI etc?

          Hi PhilA,

The wire connection (LAN connection) requires the CAT 5 cable. If you are not getting internet connection with the embedded wireless card; it might be a problem with driver missing.

The link below provides with the latest drivers of your NUC. Begin with the Intel® Chipset Device Software, continue with the Intel® Management Engine, Graphics then, continue with the rest of the drivers.
