Please try the following:
Update the Intel® Compute Stick BIOS; please download the latest BIOS version for this unit at: Download BIOS Update [FCBYT10H.86A]. I recommend doing a BIOS recovery and you can follow the steps at: Intel® Compute Stick — BIOS Recovery Instructions.
If the issue persists try the following:
Roll back to Windows® 8.1, go to Intel® Compute Stick STCK1A32WFC — Windows® 10 Upgrade Instructions, scroll down to the tab "Recovery options after the upgrade" follow those instructions. Once you rolled back to Windows 8.1 follow the steps on the above link to upgrade to Windows® 10.
