Cant see, cuz it crashes

How to repro
Please provide steps to replicate the issue. These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.
I have been using driver version 4300 but I am not getting any blue screens.
Have you tried reinstalling the operating system? It might be some windows registry corruption.
