We have seeing over heating problem with this unit before and most of the customers were able to solve the issue following the steps here:
Yes i already tried with that and only make it worst. And yes it was a boxed package
Is the system over clocked?
Could you please post the RAM part number?
Make sure your RAM is running at 1333/1600 MHz, DDR3L-1333/1600MHz @ 1.5V
Also, I recommend applying new thermal paste on the processor, are you using a liquid cooler or the heatsink.

No, its not overclocked and i already changed the thermal compound twice. Also im currently using the stock heatsink
