Sorry you're having trouble. I'm not sure why it might be stuck. First I would try uninstalling the utility and downloading and installing a fresh copy from http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24345/a08/Intel%20Driver%20Update%20Utility%20Installer.exe.
The automatic scan must reach a web service to get the available driver data. If a fresh install doesn't fix it then you should check to see if the connection is being blocked by another program on your computer such as a firewall or other security software.
thanks you for reply, when i press scan it tell me "No drivers were detected for your product." is that normal? ^^
