We would need more information to confirm or discard the reason for this behavior. Here a few things to consider about this issue:
- Were there any recent changes made in the system that may be related to this? (OS changes, memory upgrades, power outages, new software, etc.)
- Run Windows* Check disk to look for file system errors.
- Download and install Intel® SSD Toolbox, version 3.3.2. Once installed run the Intel® SSD Optimizer and Scan diagnostics.
- Also in the Toolbox, select the SSD and "Export" the drive's log, then upload it here for review.
