I suggest you to uninstall and delete the current graphics drivers from your computer first. Then, run Dell’s Detect drivers application; it will search for the latest drivers for your computer. Please select Drivers & Downloads tab
Your system has switchable graphics and our generic driver from downloadcenter might not work properly.

I did uninstall the current graphic driver, but the system is asking for a reboot and after reboot is installing automatically
the same graphic driver.
Dell driver detection reports that everything is ok, but Intel graphics control panel looks the same.

Anyhow, the report tells that Intel HD 5500 is offline and NVidia is running or full power.
If I uninstall NVidia driver, then Intel HD 5500 is running or full power, but this does not effects the way Intel graphic control
panel is displaying the menus.

Now, there are switchable graphics in your computer, it is necessary to install the latest Intel driver, latest Nvidia driver and it is necessary to install a third driver provided with Dell; this driver connects the first 2 drivers.
