Have you tried wired mice to test the behavior of the pointer?
Additionally, you could confirm the drivers are installed on the Intel® Compute Stick's control panel> device manager* in order to attempt to solve the issue. If there are any yellow exclamation mark next to the drivers, it means they need to be installed or updated.
