Honestly I'm not able to see what exactly the problem is on the image, could you please let me know with more detailed information what exactly the problem is?

Please try with this Beta driver you can download it here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25541/Intel-Beta-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40- Download Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40]
If the Beta driver does not work then we will need to wait for a new driver to be release that hopefully will be fixing this kind of problems.

I'm sorry about the issue you have, as you can see on the release notes we are aware of some issues related with world of tanks, at this point we will need to wait for new version of drivers to come up that hopefully will fix issues like this.
