You need a single-threaded application with heavy CPU load for test. Best is 7-Zip archiver, disable antivirus monitoring and try to pack something large, like windows installation DVD, with limit in settings to 1 thread. Normally you should reach maximum TurboBoost value. You need also a temperature monitoring app in background, cause if CPU overheats close to Tcase value, it will stop advancing frequency.

About the Graphics I am seeing your laptop model comes (depends of the country) with a dedicated graphics, so the graphics are from AMD or Nvidia (depends from the model and country) Notebook - The best gaming notebook provider not from the processor.
I had Nvidia 620m but it stopped working so i got AMD Radeon HD 7970M instead
maybe its not compatible with my pc .. or there is a problem between those 2 and not in the components themselves
