Change from Raid 0 to Raid 1

My server was in Raid 1 and I messed up and got it changed to Raid 0, and I need to get it back to Raid 1. Is there any way to do that with out doing a restore from backup? If not, what would be the steps to get it back to Raid 1. It is currently on 2 drives and I would be willing to start with 2 new drives just to make sure it works. Thank you for any help.
