Additionally, please confirm the microphone is enabled at the Windows* "Volume Control Options" and let us know if you have tested different Microphones?
Microphone problem has been resolved, maybe the current driver is not compatible. After I uninstall the driver, use the Windows default driver.
After I had given up to solve this problem.
then accidentally plug headphones for mobile phones, it can be used.
But before the headset I've tested many times without success.
