The NUC5i5MYHE should be able to drive the Dell UP2715K. But I can't get it to work.
Both Ports are connected. Newest drivers are installed. Whenever I set resolution to 5120 x 2880.
I get a stretched version of 2560x2880.
In the specifications at page 24 (http://downloadmirror.intel.com/24566/eng/NUC5i5MYBE_TechProdSpec05.pdf)
it says both mDP-ports support Displayport 1.2 (3840x2160@60Hz) Also linustechtips is running Intel NUC Maple Canyon with this monitor - see video.
I'm running Windows 10 64bit - latest BIOS (026) and latest Drivers. What am I doing wrong?
We have not been tested this configuration yet, however; Dell UP2715K monitor Dell UltraSharp 27 Ultra HD 5K Monitor with PremierColor - UP2715K uses a Multi-Stream Transport System that requires 2 mDP 1.2 to actually get the full 5K resolution @ 60 Hz. I checked the requirements and you just need to plug the 2 mDP. You can check with Dell if there is any other requirement need it. What resolution do you get using only one mDP connected?
5120 x 2880 at 60 Hz (Dual DP cable required)
3840 x 2160 at 60Hz (single DP cable required)
