In ordert to discard any problems wirh your Bluetooth* Drivers, Intel recommends that you contact your OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer ) in order to obtain the latest drivers.
As a second option. You can also donwload the Bluetooth* drivers found in our Intel® Download Center obeying the model of your Intel(R) Wireless Adpater.

I think it's a feature of the latest version Intel driver Bluetooth where it activates a service that listens on port 515
the same port used by SAP to manage RAW print.
if i stop the service Bluetooth Device Monitor, the SAP demon (saplpd.exe)
it's automatically activated by the SAP client and properly handle prints
seems that both use port 515 to handle printing services.
This is done using the latest version of the intel driver.
