roblem with Intel HD Graphics 4400 and MIRACAST

I have a problem with Intel HD Graphics 4400 and MIRACAST with the wireless function display on a smart TV Hisense LTDN40K370WTEU. Before with win8.1 could connect the two devices once every ten attempts !!! And then with Win10 with the two devices can not connect. I have seen the TV While I am searching of devise Wireless the TV is matching, but connecting it show the follow message "pairing failed" I suspect it is a problem of drivers. Anyone have a solution for thath? What is the right driver to download? The lastone dosesn't work!

It is the normal procedure to connect two devices . Procedure that I followed without results
