There are some steps you can do as part of the troubleshooting.
- Make sure you test different LAN cables. If you have a new cable it does not necessarily means the cable is functional.
- Test Different HDMI or DP cables as well.
- Update the graphics driver to latest version. Here you can get it:
- Run all windows updates. This could contain a simple code that can do the trick.
