Current my computer is running graphics driver 10.18.10.4226, which is an old graphics driver. I run Intel Driver Update Utility and it will identify the new drivers needed, I install them and the computer prompts me to restart. After I restart and check what drivers I have on my computer, my computer still shows that it is running 10.18.10.4226(old driver). No matter what I do, I can't upgrade my drivers, so I have to run all my games on very low setting.
Please help anyone.
