I wanted to play a game that requires Intel HD Graphics 3000 or better, but my Vista doesnt have that, I tried updating the video card with several methods, but none worked, I also installed the Intel Driver Update utillity, but it said that there are no new updates for my PC, I was wondering if someone could inform me of how to update my video card into the required version. Thank you.

Hi Blackbeard,
It is possible to update the driver of Intel® graphics but the graphics version will be the same. For example, the Intel® Pentium® Processor G3470 has Intel® HD Graphics embedded; It is possible to update the driver from version 15.40.7.64.4279 to 15.36.26.4294 but your processor will keep using Intel® HD Graphics.
Intel released Intel® HD Graphics 3000 with second generation Core™ processors.
Regards,
