    NUC5i7RYH & Samsung SSD SM951 256GB NVME M.2 windows 7 install, SM951 not found

      Hi all,

I have bought the NUC5I7RYH & the NVME version of the Samsung SM951.

In the bios the SM951 is visible (as legacy device) but when I try to install Windows 7 the drive does not show up in the list of hdd's where I can install Windows 7 on.

There are no further drives installed.

I have tried to install this with a normal USB stick install and also via the in native EFI mode from USB but the drive simply does not show up in the windows install window.

Also I have tried the method below but also this did not do the trick

      1. In the root of your USB drive, there is the \efi\microsoft\boot directory. Copy this directory one level up so the files also reside under \efi\boot.
      2. Copy the bootmgfw.efi file to \efi\boot, and rename it to bootx64.efi.

Does anybody know how I can get Windows 7 installed?

      thanks in advance
