Intel HD Graphics Custom Resolution Exceeds Maximum Bandwidth Capacity

In the picture the settings I entered are my default resolution, this problem occurs with ANY resolution and refresh rate combination.

The entire functionality is broken in the control panel, and as a result the laptop cannot be used with any external display in it's native picture format.

I would like some help in resolving it, or finding an alternative method of setting the resolution and refresh rate.

Intel HD 4400, Nvidia 750M

Dell 7537 Inspiron 15

Windows 10 64 bit

Occurs in any driver version, have tested recently in

10.18.15.4279 Intel

10.18.15.4240 Dell

It took me some time to come around to this post and to be able to help you with this issue, I really apologize for the delay.

I will appreciate if you could post the Graphics report here. Go to Intel® Graphics and Control Panel > Options > information Center > Save.

Also, try installing the latest driver for your system, you can download it at the following link:
