The Intel® Management Engine driver is only provided through the respective system manufacturer, I am afraid no generic version is provided.
I recommend checking with each original equipment manufacturer since Windows* 10 compatibility and support may vary across brands.
Thanks for your response, however I'm not sure when you say there is no generic version.
Here is where I downloaded version 9.5, which works. My manufacturer offers a version, but it doesn't work.
I understand you would rather refer me back to the manufacturer, but Dell are not listening to their customers either.
There is clearly a problem with this software, and Windows 10 which Intel should look to address and fix.
I am afraid the drivers from the link you shared are for Intel® NUC or Intel® Desktop Boards.
